The trailer of Prashanth Mandava's debut directorial venture Prathinidhi, which was released on YouTube on November 13, has got very good response from the film goers. Especially, the young Telugu audience have liked hero Nara Rohit's electrifying performance and dialogue delivery in the 1.36-minute video of this Telugu movie, which is expected to hit the screens in December 2013.
Written by Anand Ravi, Prathinidhi throws light on some of the current political developments. As per the trailer, the story of the movie revolves around an angry young man, who will stand against all the odds to repair the corrupt political system. The 1.36-minute clip opens with the kidnap of Chief Minister Kota Srinivasa Rao by Nara Rohit. Then it heads to reveal how the hero brings the entire administrative machinery of the state on to its knees.
Prathinidhi, which is produced by J Samba Siva Rao under the banner of Sudha Movies, is big budget movie and its trailer shows that it has rich production. As per the video, the film will have a racy narration and Kota Srinivasa Rao and Posani Krishna Murali's performances will also be among the main attractions of the film. But the video does not offer any hint at the character of Shubra Aiyappa, who is playing the female lead in the film.
