The present political turmoil in Andhra Pradesh has created confusion in the release dates of many biggies' film. But finally, this uncertainty seems to be getting over. Yes! Pawan Kalyan's Attarintiki Daredi (AD), which was delayed for long time, is set to hit the screens on October 9 and it will clash with Junior NTR's Ramayya Vasthavayya (RV) at the Box Office.
Attarintiki Daredi was previously scheduled to release on August 9 to cash in on Independence day holiday. But due to the bifurcation of the state, its makers put its release on hold. Now, producer BVSN Prasad, who has invested Rs 40+ crores on the movie, has made an official statement about its release date. He says that the Pawan Kalyan, Samantha and Pranitha starrer will the screens on October 9.
Meanwhile, Ramayya Vasthavayya was slated to release on September 27, but due to some technical reasons the movie has delayed by a couple of weeks. Producer Dil Raju, who has shelled out Rs 35+ crores on its making, has also made an official statement about its release. The movie is set to hit the screens on October 10, just a day after the release of Attarintiki Daredi.
What has surprised many in the industry is that both producers BVSN Prasad and Dil Raju have released a press statement about their movies at the same time on the same day. Trade experts feel that with both Attarintiki Daredi and Ramayya Vasthavayya hit the screens during Dusshera festival, it is going to be a next big Box Office clash after Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and Naayak.
