Photos: Kapil Dev Releases Dil Deewana Audio CDs
There are hardly any example for former cricketer Kapil Dev attending a filmy event in the past. But the makers of the Telugu movie Dil Deewana have surprised everyone by inviting him to the music release function of the film. The ex-captain of Indian cricket team graced the event as the chief guest and unveiled the audio CDs of the flick, which is directed by Sekhar Kammula's disciple Tumma Kiran.
Addressing the audio launch, Kapil Dev congratulated the film unit of Dil Deewana for their effort. Talking about the music of the movie the former cricketer said that it sounds good, but he needs some time to get used to it. He added that he would watch the film, when it would be dubbed in Hindi.
Dil Deewana has five beautiful soundtracks, and R Ram Narayan has composed tunes for them. Released in the market on November 20, the audio CDs of the film are getting good response. Raja Arjun Reddy, Rohit Reddy, Abha Singhal and Neha Pandey are playing the lead roles in the movie, which will have Vamsy's camera work, Karthik Srinivas' editor, Upender Reddy's art direction, N Narayana Babu's dialogues and Tumma Kiran's story and screenplay.
