As per reports, top heroes and directors have been charging a bomb for signing a film. At least 40% of production cost of a big budget Telugu film goes to the remunerations of cast and crew. After heroes, the directors are next to increase their salary with each successful film.
The buzz in the Tollywood is, Trivikram Srinivas is the latest director to hike his fees for his upcoming movie. The director has scored two back-to-back success with his movie Julayi and Attarintiki Daredi, which have become the highest grosser in the career of Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Power Star Pawan Kalyan. He is reportedly demanding Rs 2 crores more than what he was paid for Attarintiki Daredi.
It is reported that Trivikram Srinivas has received a remuneration of Rs 10 crores for Pawan Kalyan's Blockbuster film Attarintiki Daredi, which has been produced by BVSN Prasad. Now, he has apparently quoted Rs 12 crores for upcoming movie. If this news is true, he will become the highest paid director beating others like SS Rajamouli, Puri Jagannath, Srinu Vytla and VV Vinayak.

Trivikram Srinivas' Next Film
After the release of Attarintiki Daredi, Trivikram Srinivas has not signed any new project. Earlier, it was rumoured that he will direct Ram Charan Teja in his upcoming project, but neither the director, nor the actor has confirmed the reports.
SS Rajamouli's Remuneration
Filmmaker SS Rajamouli has been the highest paid Telugu director. Initially, he gets Rs 3 crore. Later, he also takes 33% share in the earning of the film.
Puri Jagannath's Remuneration
Puri Jagannath is the next highest paid Tollywood director after SS Rajamouli. He reportedly charges Rs 11 crore for a film.
Srinu Vytla is another highest paid and most successful directors in Telugu film industry. The director reportedly charges Rs 9 crore for a film.
VV Vinayak is also one of the top five directors of Tollywood and he charges Rs 7 crores for a movie.
