Uyyala Jampala Review: Rana Daggubati Lauds Avika-Raj's Performances

Akkineni Nagarjuna's latest production Uyyala Jampala, which marks the debut of Avika Gor, is creating buzz in the media for several good reasons. Actor Rana Daggubati and producer Shobu Yarlagadda has the preview of the movie and have all praise for Raj Tarun and Aanadi aka Avika for their wonderful performances.

On December 11, Rana Daggubati took to his Twitter page to laud their performances. The actor wrote, "Watched a very sweet film #UyyalaJampala last night. Produced by an old friend Rammohan (ashta chamma) Superb performances by both RajTarun amd Aanadi. Wishes to the entire team. Hope the Christmas is yours Virinchi and Ram."

Meanwhile, Shobu Yarlagadda also tweeted, "Watched a preview of #UyyalaJampala last night. Sweet film! Don't miss it when it releases this Christmas!" Avika Gor, who is all excited about the film, tweeted, "More than a film #UyyalaJampala becomes a Proud feeling when greats like @iamnagarjuna n @RanaDaggubati say they liked it."

Actor Akkineni Nagarjuna, who considers December to be a very lucky month for him, is planning to release Uyyala Jampala on Christmas day. The actor-turned-producer says, "Several of my own films over the years have released during December and have turned out to be successful. Therefore, I'm planning to release my film 'Uyyala Jampala' on Christmas day. I hope this film too turns out to be successful."

Some of Nagarjuna's successful films released during December include Manmadhudu, King and Ragada. Uyyala Jampala, jointly produced by Nagarjuna and P Ram Mohan, is directed by Virinchi Varma. Its audio is slated to release on Dec 15. Starring Avika Gor, Raj Tarun and Kireeti Damaraju, Uyyala Jampala is the love story of childhood sweethearts.
