The uncertainty looming over the release of Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya's much-awaited movie Autonagar Surya has finally ended as the film has completed its production works and appeared before the Censor Board. The officials of the Board, who have recently watched the movie, have awarded it a U/A certificate. The film is gearing up to hit the screens across the globe this Friday.
Sources from the Censor Board claim that Autonagar Surya is a routine romantic action entertainer. The first half of the film has a few regular romance and action scenes, but the movie gains a moment with the rain fight just before the interval bang. The second half is superb and a few punch dialogues rock the viewers. The confrontation between hero and villain will be the main highlight in the film.
Autonagar Surya has been written and directed by Deva Katta and it features Naga Chaitanya and Samantha in the lead roles. The makers of the movie have kept its story under the wraps. As per its trailer, the movie revolves around the story of a mechanic played by Naga. The film is slated to release in theatres on June 27. However, it is likely to be postponement as the Guntur court has issued stay on its release. Continue to read more in the slideshow.
