Telugu actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who was said to be not on talking terms with Superstar Mahesh Babu after her comments on 1: Nenokkadine poster sparked a big controversy, has patched up with the latter at the 61 Idea Filmfare Awards South held at the Nehru Stadium in Chennai on July 12. The Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu stars were spotted bonding big time with each other on the occasion.

In December 2013, Samantha's negative remark on a picture of Mahesh Babu's 1: Nenokkadine had left the latter's fans red faced. The irked Prince fans had flooded Twitter with hate messages against her with the tag #GetLostSamanthaAndSiddharth, which had caused embarrassment to the actress. Ever since this incident, both the Tollywood stars were reportedly not on talking terms.

Interestingly, the bosses of the 61 Idea Filmfare Awards South had reserved her seat next to Prince. Samantha, who seemed to have forgotten the bitter experience, walked up to Mahesh Babu at this award show in Chennai on Saturday night. She was seen all laughing as she sat beside him and chatted with him for some time.

However, Samantha and Mahesh Babu are one among the super-hit Tollywood couples. They have worked together in Blockbuster Telugu movies like Dookudu and Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu.
