TV,
which

acquired
the
rights
of
Swamy

bagged

satellite
rights
of
Karthikeya.

channel
has
reportedly
shelled
out
a
hefty
sum
of
Rs
1.4
crore.
Swamy
Ra
Ra
had
fetched
approximately
Rs
1.10
crore
from
TV
rights
and
it
was
biggest
price
for
Nikhil's
movie.
Now,
his
forthcoming
film
has
beaten
his
old
record.
Karthikeya
is
a
supernatural
suspense
thriller,
written
and
directed
by
debutante
Chandoo
Mondeti.
Set
in
the
backdrop
of
a
village
on
the
boarder
of
Andhra
and
Tamil
Nnadu,
the
film
deals
with
the
story
of
the
temple
of
Subramanian
Swamy,
which
has
been
closed
due
to
some
reasons.
After
Swamy
Ra
Ra,
Nikhil
Siddharth
and
Swathi
have
teamed
again
for
this
film,
which
is
simultaneously
made
in
Telugu
and
Tamil.
