Highly-anticipated
Telugu
movie
Vikramasimha,
which
is
the
dubbed
version
of
Superstar
Rajinikanth's
Tamil
film
Kochadaiiyaan,
is
finally
set
to
dazzle
the
screens
across
Telangana
and
Seemandhra
this
Friday.
This
flick
has
been
postponed
for
several
times
due
to
delay
in
the
technical
works.
The
Telugu
version
of
Kochadaiiyaan
is
scheduled
to
release
in
a
record
number
of
screens
in
these
states
on
May
9,
2014.
Kochadaiiyaan
is
a
mega-budget
movie,
which
has
been
made
with
Rs
125
crores.
Apart
from
Tamil,
the
film
is
simultaneously
releasing
in
several
languages
like
Hindi,
Telugu,
Japanese,
Bhojpuri,
Bengali,
Marathi,
Punjabi
and
English
in
theatres
across
the
world
on
the
same
day.
If
we
are
to
go
by
the
latest
reports,
the
movie
will
grace
more
than
6000
screens,
which
is
a
record
amount
of
screen
for
an
Indian
cinema.
Hyderabad-based
production
and
distribution
house
Lakshmy
Ganpathy
Films
has
bought
the
theatrical
rights
for
the
film
Vikramasimha
for
a
whopping
price
in
March
2013.
The
music
and
trailers
of
the
movie,
which
were
released
in
two
different
grand
events
a
few
weeks
ago,
have
received
very
good
response
from
the
film
goers,
who
are
now
desperately
waiting
to
watch
Rajini
Saar
dazzle
the
screens.
Rajinkanth
has
huge
fan
following
in
both
Telangana
and
Seemandhra
regions.
Considering
the
viewers'
curiosity
and
expectations
for
his
latest
outing
Vikramasimha,
the
bosses
of
Lakshmy
Ganpathy
Films
have
reportedly
made
grand
plans
for
its
release.
It
is
said
that
they
want
to
release
in
1200
cinema
halls
in
these
states
with
maxim
number
of
screens
in
Nizam
area.
The
bosses
of
Lakshmy
Ganpathy
Films
are
said
to
have
already
booked
nearly
450
screens
for
Vikramasimha
in
Telangana
and
Seemandhra
regions
and
they
are
still
making
efforts
to
book
another
750
theatres.
If
they
are
successful
in
bagging
1200
screens
in
these
state,
this
is
truly
going
to
be
a
record
in
the
Telugu
film
industry.
Another
interesting
fact
is
that
this
record
will
be
set
by
a
dubbed
movie.
Power
Star
Pawan
Kalyan
is
considered
as
the
No
1
Tollywood
actor
and
his
Blockbuster
movie
Attarintiki
Daredi,
which
has
become
the
highest
grosser
Telugu
movie
of
all
time,
was
released
in
1000+
screens
in
Telangana
and
Seemandhra
regions.
If
Vikramasimha
releases
in
1200
screens
in
the
states,
it
will
break
the
record
of
Attarintiki
Daredi.
It
should
be
seen
whether
the
distributors
will
be
successful
in
their
attempts.
