Actor Harshvardhan Rane, who is foraying into Bollywood with Satra Ko Shaadi Hai, received a best wishes note from Amitabh Bachchan for his Hindi debut and was touched by the Bollywood megastar's gesture. His first Hindi film is produced by actor-turned producer John Abraham.
Talking to IANS, Harshvardhan Rane gushed his excitement over Amitabh Bachchan's wishes. He said, "When I signed my first Bollywood film, I thought I should go to a temple. I went to Bachchan saab's bungalow instead. It was at that exact moment, he came out and I clicked a selfie with him in the background."
Harshvardhan Rane added, "I showed the picture to my friend, who works for him (Amitabh Bachchan). My friend was so happy for me. He took the picture to Bachchan saab and got it signed for me. He also sent a note, which read, 'All good wishes for Satra Ko Shaadi Hai - Amitabh Bachchan'. I thought it was an auspicious moment for me."
The Telugu actor, who was recently seen alongside actress Nayantara in the bilingual film Anamika, is currently waiting for the release of his upcoming Telugu film Maaya. Harshavardhan Rane is paired up with Barun Sobti and Sapna Pabbi in his debut Bollywood film Satra Ko Shaadi Hai, which is being directed by Arshad Syed.
