Megastar
Chiranjeevi's
prestigious
150th
movie
was
announced
yesterday
by
his
son
and
producer
of
the
film
Ram
Charan,
under
the
direction
of
Puri
Jagannadh.
However
it
did
not
take
much
time
for
the
film
to
land
in
muddle
as
plagiarism
charges
were
reported
on
film's
story
writer,
BVS
Ravi.
According
to
the
report
in
an
English
daily,
Chiranjeevi's
150th
movie
story
was
same
that
of
a
story
registered
by
Vasu
Dev
Varma,
an
NRI.
He
said
to
have
written
a
script
for
Krishnam
Raju
and
Prabhas,
with
the
characters
of
Uyyalawa
Narasimha
Reddy
and
Auto
Johnny
respectively.
The
story
tracks
to
the
character
of
Auto
Johnny,
a
free
spirited
person,
who
will
be
guided
by
the
traces
of
a
freedom
fighter,
Uyyalawada
Narasimha
Reddy,
to
do
good
deeds.
According
to
Vasu
Dev
Varma,
the
story
was
registered
in
writers
association
with
the
name
Okka
Adugu.
The
main
allegation
from
the
writer
is
that,
Gopi
Mohan
has
leaked
the
story
to
BVS
Ravi
and
that's
how
BVS
Ravi
has
got
a
nod
from
Chiranjeevi.
As
stated
by
Vasu,
he
has
approached
Gopi
Mohan
to
add
some
fun
elements
to
his
story.
Since
Gopi
liked
his
story
immensely
he
said
to
have
narrated
it
to
his
close
friend
BVS
Ravi.
Apparently,
BVS
Ravi
has
made
some
changes
to
the
story
and
impressed
Chiranjeevi.
While
this
is
the
story
from
Vasu
Dev
Varma's
end,
Gopi
Mohan
denied
the
reports
stating
he
did
not
leak
anybody's
story
to
BVS
Ravi
and
asked
Vasu
to
continue
to
deal
the
issue
at
writers
union.
Well!
Whatever
the
truth
might
be,
this
had
surely
irked
Mega
fans,
who
are
basking
with
the
announcement
of
Chiranjeevi's
150.
We
have
to
wait
and
see
where
this
tale
ends
up.
