Rana Daggubati Initiates #ManaMadrasKosam Along With Other Tollywood Actors For Rain Hit Chennai

Rana Daggubati, who is moved by the devastation caused in Chennai due to floods, has initiated a campaign called Mana Madras Kosam, which means 'For Our Madras', along with other young crop of actors in Tollywood.

Navdeep, Allari Naresh, Nani, Bhupal, Khayyum, Tarun and others, who had already personally contributed relief material for rain-hit Chennai, had once again teamed up with Rana for the relief campaign. Prominent celebrities like Akhil Akkineni, Rakul Preet Singh, Sania Mirza, Lakshmi Manchu and Sneha Ullal too have have come forward to support Mana Madras Kosam campaign.

"We as a group of tollywood actors r working on a small fundraiser campaign for chennai relief this weekend and a bunch of kind hearted friends r sending some essentials by road with the help of national disaster relief authorities tmrw morning! Stay strong", tweeted Navdeep, further informing about the campaign.

People of Hyderabad too can drop the relief material that is needed, like food, water bottles, sanitary napkins etc at Ramanaidu Studios. "Please send whatever you feel like to Ramanaidu studios Film Nagar we will ensure that its sent to chennai!!#manamadraskosam", tweeted Rana.

Other than this, these young team of celebrities willl also make an appearance at Inorbit Mall, Manjeera Mall and Forum Mall of Hyderabad on Sunday, to collect and raise funds for Chennai. "10 of ur fav actors will b at Inorbit, manjeera & kukatpaly Forum malls on Sun Dec 6 between 4-7pm to collect money for #manamdraskosam", read a tweet from actor Nani.

We must say Kudos for the team to actually initiate something like this and coming forward to do more even from a distance.
