WHOA! Baahubali Bags Its First Award

After all that applause for Baahubali and it's grandeur, the film has now moved to phase two of its success. Yes! The film bags its first token of appreciation at NDTV Gadget Guru Awards in Hyderabad.

Baahubali has won the special effects award at the event for its splendid graphics and the quality of VFX produced in the film.

S S Rajamouli's magnum opus has not only extended the Telugu cinema market in the national as well as International arena, it has also set the standards of film making and visual effects.

Rana Daggubati received the Award on behalf of the entire Baahubali team. "We shot for over 320 days and the VFX took over thee and half years to be ready," he smiled.

"I and Prabhas have talked about it and we feel that we will only be doing Baahubali all our lives," Rana spread few laughs.

The film's visual effects were supervised by Srinivas Mohan and various local as well as international companies worked on the film for its perfection.
