CONFIRMED! Samantha And Nithya Menen To Romance NTR In Koratala Siva's Janatha Garage

Sources close to Samantha have confirmed that she has signed on the dotted line for NTR's Janatha Garage, which will go on sets in the second week of February. It is almost confirmed that Nithya Menen will be playing the other lead. If everything goes well, the movie will hit screens on 12 August, to make the most of the long weekend that falls due to the national holiday on Independence day.

Apparently, director Koratala Siva is known for writing interesting characters for his female leads and their role in the story weighs a lot. So, it would be really great to see what he is offering Samantha and Nithya this time in Janatha Garage.

Needless to say, Anushka's Vennela role in Mirichi and Shruti Haasan's Charuseela role in Srimanthudu are the most popular heroine sketches in Telugu, in the recent times. Another curious observation is that, this would be Samantha's fourth film with NTR, while it is her third film with Nithya Menen.

On the other hand, Samantha is said to have signed another project, in the direction of Krishna Vamsi. The project will be a woman oriented subject and it is Sam's first in the genre. Initially, Anushka was considered for the role but, the film has somehow got materialized with Samantha. Dil Raju is producing the film.
