While
all
of
us
expected
Mahesh
Babu's
Brahmotsavam
to
hit
screens
in
May
because
of
the
delay
in
its
shooting
schedules,
the
unit
is
here
to
give
us
a
real
surprise
by
advancing
the
release
date
to
April
29.
Yes!
Brahmotsavam
is
gearing
up
to
hit
screens
in
April
on
29th,
giving
a
tough
fight
to
the
rest
of
the
summer
releases
like
Pawan
Kalyan's
Sardaar
Gabbar
Singh,
Allu
Arjun's
Sarrainodu
and
Nithiin's
A..Aa.
According
to
a
report
in
Deccan
Chronicle,
a
source
close
the
film's
unit
confirmed
the
news.
"The
unit
will
head
to
Varanasi
for
a
few
days
and
then
back
to
Hyderabad.
They
want
to
complete
as
early
as
possible
for
an
April
29
release."
"The
makers
are
planning
to
release
the
film's
audio
on
April
10
in
the
temple
town
of
Tirupati.",
read
a
quote
from
the
source
in
the
know.
Also,
Karthik
Pasupulate
of
TOI
reported
that
Mahesh
Babu
plays
a
typical
Vijayawada
boy
in
the
film.
The
report
further
informed
that,
the
devotees,
who
turned
up
for
Mahashivratri
celebrations
at
the
famous
Ganga
Temple,
on
Vishu
Ghat,
Haridwar,
couldn't
hold
their
excitement
when
they
spotted
Mahesh
Babu.
It
apparently
became
a
tedious
task
for
the
unit
to
control
the
crowd
and
police
were
called
to
take
up
the
job.
After
shooting
at
Haridwar
and
Hrishikesh,
the
team
are
currently
shooting
at
Udaipur
and
they
will
move
to
Varanasi
later.
