Needless
to
say
Pawan
Kalyan's
humongous
craze
in
public
has
nothing
to
do
with
his
hits
or
flops.
But,
here
is
an
interesting
observation
made
by
an
enthusiastic
fan
of
the
actor.
Apparently,
Pawan
Kalyan
has
a
unique
connection
with
the
leap
year
since
the
actor
bagged
notable
hits
during
the
leap
years.
His
film
Badri
was
released
in
the
leap
year
2000,
which
has
become
one
of
the
biggest
hits
of
his
career,
followed
by
Jalsa
in
2008
and
Gabbar
Singh
in
2012,
though
the
actor
had
scored
only
a
moderate
hit
in
2004,
with
Gudumba
Shankar.
Most
importantly,
his
début
movie
Akkada
Ammayi
Ikkada
Abbayi,
was
also
released
in
the
leap
year,
1996.
So
obviously,
the
actor's
fans
are
now
pinning
their
hopes
high
on
Sardaar
Gabbar
Singh,
which
is
slated
to
hit
the
screens
on
8
April
2016,
the
leap
year.
Adding
to
that,
in
his
old
super
hit
film,
Suswagtham,
the
actor's
birthday
was
celebrated
on
29
February
and
the
day
has
some
prominence
in
the
movie
as
well.
Also,
the
audio
launch
of
Pawan
Kalyan's
remarkable
hit
film,
Jalsa
took
place
8
years
ago,
on
the
same
day,
making
the
leap
year
as
well
as
the
leap
day
more
special
for
him
and
his
fans.
Isn't
that
a
unsual
connection?
Well!
Let
us
hope
this
leap
year
would
also
call
for
a
celebration.
