Pawan Kalyan will star in the Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster Vedalam. "Kalyan had given his verbal consent to star in the remake a few months ago. Director R.T Neason, who had directed Vijay-starrer Jilla, is in talks to helm the project," a source close to Kalyan revealed.
This project, however, will only go on the floors next year as Kalyan is gearing up to start working on a yet-untitled Telugu project with film-maker S.J Suryah. It is also rumoured that Kalyan's project with Suryah is the remake of Tamil film Veeram.
On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan is now on a vacation with family and a clarity on his future projects will only be made once he is back in the city.
If you can recall, Pawan had admitted that the remake of Vedalam has come to him, but he is yet to take a call on it. We have to see if there is any change in the status of his decision, making the reports come true. Stay tuned to this space for more updates.
