According
to
a
report
read
on
India
Today,
Shankar-Rajnikanth's
Robo
2.0
and
Rajamouli-Prabhas'
Baahubali
2
are
clashing
at
the
box-office
next
April.
It
added
that,
both
the
films
will
release
on
17
April
2017,
calling
for
the
biggest
ever
clash
at
the
indian
box
office.
However,
the
official
spokesperson
from
the
Baahubali
unit
denied
the
clash
and
called
it
a
baseless
news.
As
of
now,
it
is
a
sure
case
that,
Baahubali
2
is
slated
to
hit
screens
on
14
April
2017,
while
Robo
2.0's
release
date
is
still
speculative.
We
hope
India
Today
did
not
play
a
prank,
since
its
1st
April
(Fools
day)
today.
The
report
also
quoted
a
trade
analyst,
who
hinted
that
there
are
less
chances
for
the
clash.
"It
can
be
said
with
100%
certainty
that
the
news
is
a
rumour.
The
films
cannot
be
released
on
the
same
day
because
the
main
problem
will
be
lack
of
screens.",
said
the
anonymous
trade
analyst.
Nevertheless,
the
case
can
be
ruled
out
for
now,
since
Baahubali
team
has
already
denied
the
reports.
But,
this
has
left
the
moviegoers
in
imaginativ
world.
Think,
how
difficult
it
would
have
been
to
chose
one
between
Robo
2.0
and
Baahubali
2
on
the
first
day
first
show,
if
the
clash
is
real.
