Rajinikanth-starrer
Kabali
has
been
cleared
with
a
U
certificate
with
no
cuts
by
the
Central
Board
of
Film
Certification
(CBFC)
and
the
film
releases
worldwide
on
July
22.
With
this,
almost
half
a
dozen
of
Telugu
movies,
which
were
waiting
to
get
a
release
date
from
a
long
time,
have
taken
a
sigh
of
relief
and
they
will
soon
be
lining
up
for
release.
The
first
biggie
to
hit
screens
post
Kabali
would
be
Venkatesh's
Babu
Bangaram,
which
is
slated
for
a
release
on
29
July.
Since
there
was
a
confusion
surrounding
the
release
of
Kabali
since
a
while
now,
many
Telugu
movie
releases
suffered
several
delays,
in
order
to
accommodate
Rajini's
film
a
fair
share
of
theatres
and
in
turn
save
themselves
from
the
Rajini
fever.
However,
now
its
a
curtain
down
for
all
the
chaos.
Directed
by
Pa.
Ranjith,
Kabali
features
Rajinikanth
in
the
role
of
a
Malaysian
don.
The
film,
which
will
also
be
released
in
Tamil
and
Hindi,
co-stars
Radhika
Apte,
Kishore,
Dinesh,
Kalaiarasan,
Dhansikaa
and
Taiwanese
actor
Winston
Chao.
Tipped
to
be
based
on
the
story
of
a
real
life
don,
the
film
has
been
predominantly
shot
in
Malaysia.
On
July
29,
the
film
will
also
be
dubbed
and
released
in
Malay.
