Nandamuri
Balakrishna
is
attracting
a
lot
of
controversy
of
late,
with
his
shocking
statements.
It
is
known
that
his
speech
at
Savitri
audio
launch
is
drawing
a
huge
row,
and
the
National
media
has
even
called
the
actor
a
'Vulgar
Star'.
Being
an
MLA
and
a
senior
actor
in
the
filmdom,
some
settled
talk
is
expected
from
the
actor.
But
his
sexist
speech
at
the
audio
launch
came
as
a
shocker,
when
he
said
his
fans
would
want
him
to
either
kiss
the
heroine
or
make
her
pregnant,
but
will
never
like
to
see
him
going
behind
her.
Just
when
the
issue
is
losing
its
fire,
after
a
press
release
on
the
actor's
name
read
an
apology,
he
amused
everyone
again
with
his
talk
at
the
state
assembly,
yesterday.
Apparently,
the
opposition
leaders
pointed
out
the
uncivility
of
the
actor
turned
politician,
and
he
pounced
on
them
in
defense.
Though
Balayya
apologized
for
his
statements,
he
added
that
everybody
present
at
the
event
enjoyed
his
speech.
He
continued
to
say
that
women
on
the
stage
don't
understand
Telugu
and
hence
opined
that
none
of
them
felt
insulted.
He
stressed
the
point
that
he
and
his
films
always
give
greater
importance
to
women
and
never
tries
to
put
them
down.
However,
Balayya
comments
are
once
again
being
debated,
since
many
felt
he
makes
no
sense
with
his
defensive
talk.
