Mr.
Box
Office
of
Telugu
cinema,
Ram
Charan,
seems
to
be
undergoing
a
rough
patch
at
the
moment.
Mega
Power
Star,
who
has
more
number
of
successful
movies
to
his
credit
of
late
had
to
face
a
temporary
setback
due
to
back-to-back
debacles
at
the
box
office.
The
Krishna
Vamsi
directorial,
Govindudu
Andarivadele,
which
was
touted
as
a
family
entertainer
fizzled
at
the
box
office
despite
the
star
studded
casting
and
positive
word
of
mouth
about
the
movie's
audio.
The
movie
ended
up
as
an
average
grosser
at
the
box
office.
Govindudu
Andarivadele
was
followed
by
the
much
anticipated
movie,
Bruce
Lee-The
Fighter.
The
movie
was
in
constant
tinkle
as
it
reunited
the
movie's
director,
Srinu
Vaitla
and
the
writer,
Kona
Venkat,
after
quite
some
time.
The
movie
also
marked
the
comeback
of
Megastar
Chiranjeevi
after
a
gap
of
8
years
through
a
cameo
role.
However,
the
movie
miserably
failed
at
the
box
office
and
ended
up
as
a
disaster.
Though
the
respective
movies
bombed
at
the
box
office,
they
managed
to
garner
close
to
40
Cr
distributor
share
which
is
quite
a
sum
for
the
experience
and
number
of
films,
Cherry
has
done.
Despite
back
to
back
burners,
Charan
took
the
experimental
path
and
accepted
to
remake
Tamil
blockbuster,
Thani
Oruvan.
Though
it
was
the
screenplay
which
was
the
hero
of
the
movie
and
Arvind
Swamy,
the
antagonist
being
the
show
stealer,
it
took
a
lot
of
guts
to
accept
such
a
movie
and
Charan
was
keen
on
delivering
a
quality
content
for
his
audience.
His
dedication
in
building
a
solid
6
pack
abs
for
the
movie
was
much
appreciated
and
the
teaser/trailer,
songs
gained
positive
response.
But
due
to
the
untimely
release
during
the
mid-exams
and
the
effect
of
demonetization,
Dhruva
which
although
collected
a
share
of
50
Cr,
ended
up
just
as
an
above
average
movie.
It
now
seems
to
be
sure
that
Ram
Charan
Teja
is
determined
to
come
back
with
a
bang.
The
upcoming
movie
of
the
young
actor
is
being
captained
by
Sukumar
who
is
known
to
deliver
movies
with
intense
screenplay
and
give
a
career
best
makeovers
for
his
movie
heroes.
Ram
Charan
has
already
impressed
fans
with
his
striking
beard
look
and
is
said
to
be
playing
the
challenging
role
of
a
visually
impaired
person.
Charan's
character
seems
to
be
set
in
a
village
backdrop
with
Samantha
playing
the
female
lead,
which
too
is
confirmed
to
be
an
exciting
role.
Jagapathi
Babu,
who
mesmerized
audience
with
his
uber
cool
antagonist
role
in
Sukumar's
Naanaku
Prematho,
has
been
roped
in
for
the
yet
to
be
untitled
movie
and
if
reports
are
to
be
believed,
Jaggu
Bhai
will
be
seen
in
a
mass
avatar.
Each
development
of
RC11
seems
to
be
interesting
and
also
infers
the
fact
that
Charan
is
more
focused
on
content
than
the
usual
formulaic
based
movies.
