Agent Day 3 Box Office Collection: Akhil Akkineni's Spy Action Movie Sees A Major DROP! Makes Only THIS Much!

Akhil Akkineni's latest spy action drama titled Agent, helmed by Surender Reddy, hit the screens on April 28 to a lukewarm response. The film has story written by Vakkantham Vamsi and was reviewed as a flop movie with no substance and subpar direction.

The movie Agent is the story of three RAW agents, who are the best in their craft. Colonel Mahadev (Mammootty) trains The God (Dino Morea) and Rama Krishna aka Rikki (Akhil). God turns rogue and heads the underworld by dictating every government and political move in India.

Mammootty, who is nicknamed Devil had a meaty role that is author-backed in Agent. It is only his role and that of Rikki, which have character arcs in the entire play. Mammootty was terrific on the screen portraying the role of Colonel Mahadev, who puts country first even if it involves emotions and relations.

Although the movie has actors who performed well in their respective characters, the director and writer failed to make the script and story in a way that enthralls the viewers. Akhil had become a target for the trolls again. Amala Akkineni came in support of his son and penned a note.

Agent Cast

The film stars veteran superstar Mammootty, Bollywood actor Dino Morea, Sakshi Vaidya, Vikramjeet Virk, Denzil Smith, and Sampath Raj among others in crucial roles. Bollywood model and actress Urvashi Rautela will be seen shaking a leg for a special song titled 'Wild Saala,' which was released recently.

Agent Crew

Vakkantham Vamsi, who is a writer-director has written the story for Agent. Another director-cinematographer Rasool Ellore cranked the camera for the film. George C Williams worked on a song. Naveen Nooli worked as the Editor while popular Kollywood music duo Hiphop Tamizha composed the entire soundtrack and score for Agent.
