Venkatadri Express - Movie Review: A Perfect Entertainer For Family Audience
Merlapaka Gandhi is making his debut with Sundeep Kishan and Rakul Preet Singh starrer film Venkatadri Express, which has hit the marquee today (November 29). The son of Telugu novelist Merlapaka Murali has written a unique script. Coupled with excellent performance and good comedy, the movie is good family entertainer, which will impress all classes of audiences.

Venkatadri Express is romantic comedy entertainer that has all commercial elements to mass audience. Gandhi's unique screenplay and funny dialogues, Sundeep and Rakul's performances are the main highlights in the movie. Ramana Gogula's music, Chota K Naidu's cinematography, comedy scenes, well-choreographed action and dance sequences, beautiful art direction and locales are its other big assets.
Having undergone training in scripting and direction for two years, Merlapaka Gandhi has best understood the taste of Telugu audiences. The debutante director has written an interesting story screenplay, which has enough amount of twists and turns to keep the viewers glued to the screens throughout the film. Keeping all classes of audiences in mind, he has nicely blended the masala ingredients like comedy, romance, action, dance, family drama, soothing music and beautiful locations.

Venkatadri Express Story
The story of Venkatadri Express happens in one night. The family of Sundeep (Sundeep Kishan) is heading to Tirupathi on the Venkatadri Express for the wedding of his brother (Brahmaji). What happens when he misses the train will form the crux of the story.

The credit for running a successful show goes to debutant director Merlapaka Gandhi, who has managed to get everything best in place. He has made sure that Venkatadri Express has a good script, best performances and sound production elements. He is successful in rocking the viewers in his first attempt.

Chota K Naidu, who has teamed up with his nephew Sundeep for the first time, has done a brilliant camerawork in Venkatadri Express, which is a main attraction in the technical front. Especially, his cinematography in song sequences is a visual treat.

Venkatadri Express has Ramana Gogula's music and background score. His soundtracks are good. A couple of them have already impressed the music lovers and become chartbusters.
