NTR's Rabhasa Release Postponed; Set To Clash With Ravi Teja's Power

Junior NTR's next outing Rabhasa is one of the most-awaited Tollywood movies in 2014. The film, which is slated to release on August 15, has created lot of curiosity among the film goers, who are desperately waiting to watch it. Here is a bad news for all those Nandamuri fans. The buzz is that its release has been postponed by a couple of weeks. It is reportedly expected hit the marquee on August 29.

Written and directed by Santosh Srinivas, Rabhasa features Junior NTR, Samantha and Pranitha in the leads. In its recent audio launch function, producer Bellamkonda Suresh had assured that he would release the film on August 15 at any cost. But the latest reports suggest that it has been deferred and the makers are yet to reveal the reason for the delay. The film is likely to release on the eve of Vinayaka Chathurthi.

Meanwhile, director KS Ravinder's much-awaited Telugu film Power starring Ravi Teja and Hansika Motwani in the leads, is getting reading ready for the release. The film unit has competed its shooting except for few songs. Its audio will be released in a grand event to be held at Shilpakala Vedhika on August 10. The news is that its makers are planning to release the film on August 29.

If the makers of both Rabhasa and Power go as per their latest plans, they are sure to clash at the Box Office. Since both the movies feature popular star cast, the audience will be split between the two. So the division in the film goers will have an adverse effect on their prospects at the Box Office. It should be seen the producers will make an attempt to avoid this mega clash or not.
