Oohalu Gusagusalade is a romantic comedy entertainer, which has been inspired by French play Cyrrano De Bergerac. Taking a cue from Hollywood filmmaker Woody Allen film, Srinivas Avasarala has written a brilliant script, which oozes out freshness in terms of humour. He has composed some of the best comedy moments in the film. His punch lines are also sure to rock the film goers.

Though Oohalu Gusagusalde has simple storyline, Srinivas Avasarala has created fantastic screenplay. The director has good grip on the narration of the whole show. The movie starts with the narration of a wannabe news reader (Krishna Bhagwan). Naga-Rashi' romance, a few funny moments and punch lines keep you engaged in the first half of the film. Post interval, the narration goes bit slow, but a few comedy scenes like bathroom bluetooth talk entertain you in the second half. It has routine climax.

Venky (Naga Shourya) is a TV anchor in in UB TV and he wants to become a news reader. To fulfil his dream, he does everything to impress his boss Uday (Avasarala Srinivas), who is the owner of the TV Channel. Uday seeks Venky's help to impress a girl named Prabhavathi (Raasi Khanna), who happens to be the ex-lover of the latter. What does Venky do? Will he help Uday to marry the girl? The answers to these question form the funny part of the film.

Naga Shourya has done a good job and he looks good in romantic and comedy scenes. As boss Uday, Srinivas Avasarala has also given a brilliant performance. Raasi Khanna has good scope for her role and she has done her best. The chemistry between the trio is superb and is one of the main highlight in the film. Other supporting artistes have also done justice to their repspective roles.

Oohalu Gusagusalde has decent production values and Kalyani Koduri's music is the main highlight in the technical front. His soundtracks and background score will surely impress the viewers. Other tech departments like cinematography, dialogue, costumes and art direction have delivered commendable job. The editing is also good, but trimming of a few dragging scenes could have made the film a better watch.

Overall, Oohalu Gusagusalde is a good romantic comedy entertainer and it will impress audience in A centres. Go watch it this weekend. Continue to slide to read Oohalu Gusagusalade review by viewers.
