Son Of Satyamurthy is touted to be the image make over film for Allu Arjun. Utilizing the pen power of Trivikram, Allu Arjun is aiming to take over the overseas market in a single shot. Did he achieve the goal ? Read the review to know.

Son Of Satyamurthy Story

It is a story of a principled guy, who values relations and follow the morals to live life his way. What is the role played by his father in his life makes the plot of the story.

Viraj Anand, a rich guy with all the luxuries and happiness comes to the diverged roads after his father's death. Is it money or the morals? He chooses the right way taught by his father and raises as the backbone of the family.

Rajendra Prasad another key role in the film, leads the film to the another note and throws a task for the hero to win his love. Did he succeeded in completing the task? What is the truth he finds in the process? You got to watch it on big screen.

Performances

With such a huge star cast and the proved seasoned actors, it is obvious to experience a feast. Allu Arjun has put in his 100 percent as always, especially, his performance in a scene talking about his father to Samantha, was extra ordinary.

Bunny comes as a surprise package in many emotional scenes. Dances were bit muffled, though it appeared to be a intentional move. Nithya Menen and Samantha have given tough time to the audience to decide who is more cute. Ragging scenes between Nithya and Sam were hilarious.

Rajendra Prasad, Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam, Rao Ramesh and many other method actors have made their presence felt. Upendra has given that much needed fresh feel to the film. However, he was not used accurately. Sneha, Sindu Tulani and Pavitra Lokesh were apt for their roles.

Technical Aspects

Trivikram seems to have tone downed his pen power a bit in the film. We tend to expect more from him after delivering a industry hit like Attarintiki Daredi. But he might come as a great disappointment if you watch it with those high expectations.

Brahmanandam's comedy was very tawdry and the director appears to have carried away with that Kona Venkat mark confusing comedy. Ali has put aside his lewd comedy and has stick to some subtle humor, which is quiet entertaining.

Apparently the songs given by Devi Sri Prasad fills the theaters by some cheers and whistles. All the songs were well timed though they make the film little lengthy.

High Productions values and the amazing cinematography by Prasad Murella, sets the mood right. Some of the picturesque locations in the songs and the beautiful houses used in the film, appears rich on screen.

Overview

On the whole, It is a perfect entertainer for this summer. Son Of Satyamurthy is rich in values and broke in commercial gimmicks. We agree that It is undoubtedly the weakest work of Trivikram till date but it is not a bad film. Nevertheless it is shall be a great fun to watch Son Of Satyamurthy along with your family. Cut down the expectations and you will definitely love the movie.
