It is a story of a guy called Tiger, who goes out all the way to help his friend Vishnu. Did Vishnu succeed in winning his love Ganga? What role does Tiger has to play in the story of Vishnu and Ganga forms the crux of the story. The film has an underlying plot which throws an interesting twist in the tale.
Sundeep Kishan is quite a revelation in the film. He comes out as a surprise in playing funny yet an emotional character. His comic timing, energies and the massy looks have become a plus for his role.
Tiger is a technically rich film with good cinematography and production values. Tiger is touted to be the high budgeted film in Sundeep Kishan's career and that extra care that has been taken to make the film commercially viable is evident.
S S Thaman steals the show with his outstanding background score and some catchy numbers. The color grading of the film, setting and locales appears apt for the story.
Muragadoss protege, Vi Anand lives up to his mentor and proved his mettle in dealing Tiger with an interesting underlying plot. The screenplay and ideal run time of the film were the major plus points.
Tiger is just not about friendship as it has been majorly promoted but it also has an interesting tale to tell you with all the commercial ingredients added in right measures. If you are waiting for an entertaining and gripping movie to watch this weekend, Tiger is the one for you.
