From Aavesham To Pavi Care Taker: Malayalam Movies Releasing In Theaters In April 2024

Jai Ganesh is one of the most eagerly awaited Malayalam films of 2024, helmed by director Ranjith Sankar and featuring Unni Mukundan in the lead role. The storyline revolves around a young man who, following a life-altering bike accident during his college years, embarks on a journey transcending fantasy to become a superhero. Co-starring Mahima Nambiar alongside Mukundan, the film is slated for a global theatrical release on April 11. Produced collaboratively by Dreams n Beyond and Unni Mukundan Films, the musical score is crafted by Shankar Sharma.

Fahadh Faasil and Jithu Madhavan's upcoming film 'Aavesham' is poised for a clash with Unni Mukundan's 'Jai Ganesha' and Vineeth Sreenivasan's 'Varshaghalkku Sheasham'. This marks Faasil's first release of the year, following the success of 'Paachuvaum Athbutha Vilakkum' last year. Besides Faasil, 'Aavesham' features a talented ensemble cast including Manzoor Ali Khan, Ashish Vidyarthi, Sajin Gopu, Malayali gamer and YouTuber Hipzster, Mithun JS, Roshan Shanavas, Pooja Mohanraj, Neeraja Rajendran, Sreejith Nair, and Thankam Mohan in pivotal roles.

Indrajith Sukumaran leads the cast in the highly anticipated Malayalam film 'Marivillin Gopurangal,' scheduled for theatrical release on April 12, coinciding with the festive occasions of Eid and Vishu, as announced by the makers. The film, conceptualized and directed by Arun Bose, boasts a screenplay co-written and co-directed by Pramod Mohan. The shooting for the film 'Kudumba Sthreeyum Kunjadum,' starring Dhyan Sreenivasan, has been successfully wrapped up. Directed by Mahesh P Sreenivasan and written by Sreekumar Arakkal, the movie features actress Anna Reshma Rajan in a prominent role alongside Sreenivasan.
