Kaala Bhairava's thunderous vocals in the chart-topping "Komuram Bheemudo" from RRR have won him the National Award for Best Male Playback Singer. Shreya Ghoshal's soulful rendition of "Maayava Chaayavaa" from Iravin Nizhal has also bagged her the National Award.

Lyricist Chandrabose has won the National Award for his work on the foot-tapping "Dham Dham Dham" from Konda Polam. Choreographer Prem Rakshith has also taken home the National Award for his work on the RRR songs.
