The music reality show 'Super 4' is one of the most popular music reality shows on Malayalam Tv. It was first aired on Mazhavil Manorama in 2018 with Sujatha Mohan, Deepak Dev, Shaan Rahman and Sharreth. Sreehari Raveendran was the winner of first season. After success of first season, the Tv show launched it's second season in 2020 and lead by 4 popular playback singers Rimi Tomy, Jyotsna Radhakrishnan, Vidhu Prathap and Sithara Krishnakumar. Later, it launched season 3 exclusively for kids as a sequel to Super 4 Junior vs. Seniors tiltles Super 4 Juniors from 16 October 2021 to 10 April 2022. The show was hosted by RJ Mithun Ramesh and has singers by Rimi Tomy, Vijay Yesudas, Jyotsna Radhakrishnan, Vidhu Prathap and Sithara Krishnakumar as judges.

It is one of the oldest and most liked music reality Tv shows in Malayalam. The first season has singers K S Chithra, Arundathi and music director M.Jayachandran as Judges. But the show gained much popularity with anchor Ranjini Haridas.The show has progressed a lot with the single aim of finding the most talented singers in South India. The winner of Super Singer Season 1 is Arun Raj. The 9th season of the tv show was launched in 2023. Oscar winner Keeravani and actor Mamta Mohandas who attended the inaugural function as chief guests. RJ Vasrha leads as the anchor for this season, with judging duties undertaken by KS Chithra alongside singers Vidhu Prathap and Sithara Krishna Kumar. It is telecasting on Asianet on every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 PM.

Talking about the first season, it was one of the sensation shows on Malayalam. The show crowned singer Libin Scaria as the winner.  Later, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs was  launched in 2021. The sceond season of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Keralam is currently airing on the Zee Keralam with Madhu Balakrishnan, Shaan Rahman, Sujatha Mohan as judges.

'Top Singer' is one of the acclaimed reality shows that has captured the hearts of audiences on Malayalam TV. Known for its talent showcase and competitive platform for aspiring singers to exhibit their skills and compete against each other for the top honors. It was launched by Flowers Tv channel in 2018. It is a music reality show where kids age between 6 to complete for the title. It is airing on every saturday and sunday at 8.30pm.

Season 1 of Indian Voice on Mazhavil Manorama was launched in 2011 with 25 Contestants. The Season 2 of Indian Voice welcomed 30 contestants from different corners of South India. Indian Voice season 3 is for Juniors and the show was launched on 26 August 2013. The anchor of the show were singer Anand Narayanan for Season 1 of Indian Voice and Renjini Jose for Season 2 of Indian Voice. Nazreen Nazar is the anchor of Season 3 of Indian Voice. The panel of judges for the inaugural season comprised Sujatha Mohan, Srinivas, Shankar Mahadevan, and Stephen Devassy.
