Her passion for football and innate gift for commentary propel her into the spotlight when she seizes an opportunity to commentate for a local tournament. The central conflict in "Sesham Mike-il Fathima" arises from the opposition Fathima encounters from her family, societal norms, and the predominantly male football authorities, as she strives to achieve her dream of becoming a football commentator.


The movie was written and directed by Manu C Kumar and hit the theaters on November 17. Apart from Kalyani Priyadarshan, the movie the film also features Femina George and Sudheesh in key roles.

The ensemble cast of Rani includes Urvashi, Bhavana, Honey Rose, Indrans, Guru Somasundaram, Maniyanpilla Raju, Anumol, and Aswath Lal.
