Varisu OTT Release Date: Here's When And Where To Watch Vijay's Action Family Drama

Vijay's 66th movie in a leading role, with the working title Thalapathy 66, was revealed on September 26, 2021. On June 21, 2022—Vijay's 48th birthday—the film's original title, Varisu, was disclosed. Ranjithame, the debut song, was launched on November 5, Thee Thalapathy, the lead single, on December 4, and Soul of Varisu, the third track, on December 20, respectively. On December 24, there was an audio launch.

Thaman S. composed the film's soundtrack and background score, and STR was given a special song for Thalapathy Vijay's 3rd decade in this film industry. Additional actors in this movie included Shaam, Sangeetha Krish, Yogi Babu, S. J. Suryah, Prakash Raj, Prabhu, and Jayasudha.
