Alpha Box Office Collection Day 6 Early Updates: Alia Bhatt and Sharvari's Alpha is continuing its lukewarm run at the box office as it heads towards the end of its first week in cinemas. Directed by Shiv Rawail, the action-packed spy thriller marks the first female-led film in the YRF Spy Universe.
Despite generating significant pre-release buzz ahead of its July 3 release, the film opened to mixed-to-negative reviews, which have affected its momentum at the ticket windows. And now, the midweek slowdown has further made it difficult for the film to attract audiences to theatres. Fronted by Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, along with starring Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol, with a special appearance by Hrithik Roshan, Alpha opened with ₹9.25 cr net in India. After witnessing a slight jump over its opening weekend, the film lost pace on Monday before registering a minor upward trend on Tuesday. According to Sacnilk, the spy thriller earned an estimated ₹4.25 cr net on Day 5, reflecting a 10.4% jump in footfalls after Monday collections. With this, Alpha crossed the ₹50 cr India gross milestone, taking its domestic gross to ₹50.23 cr, while its total India net collection reached ₹42.10 cr. The film appears to have slowed down once again on Wednesday (July 8). As per Sacnilk's live estimates, Alpha has earned around ₹1.60 cr net till 7:15 PM on Day 6. Based on these early figures, the film's India gross stands at approximately ₹52.12 cr, while its India net collection has reached ₹43.70 cr.
