Big B took to his official blog to share a health update, stating that he got injured while shooting for an action sequence of the upcoming flick. Senior Bachchan suffered a muscle tear to the right rib cage and broke his rib cartilage during the shoot.

The Deewar actor suffered a muscle tear and a broken rib cartilage while he was shooting for an action sequence of Project K in Hyderabad. The shoot has been cancelled as Amitabh Bachchan has been advised rest for a few weeks.
"In Hyderabad at the shoot for Project K, during an action shot, I have got injured .. rib cartilage popped broke and muscle tear to the right rib cage .. canceled shoot," Amitabh Bachchan wrote on his blog.
What Doctors Told Amitabh Bachchan?
After consulting the doctors, Big B underwent a CT scan at the AIG hospital. He is now resting at his Mumbai home Jalsa. He said, "strapping has been done and rest been advocated. am mobile a bit for all the essential activities .. but yes in rest and generally lying around." He confirmed that the shoot for the film has been stalled till he recovers fully.
