Dinosaurs are wreaking havoc! Warner Bros. Pictures has unveiled the adrenaline-fuelled trailer for The End of Oak Street, taking audiences deeper into a breathtaking world where towering dinosaurs roam free, and survival hangs by a thread. Packed with spectacular action, relentless danger, massive destruction, and edge-of-the-seat suspense.
The trailer follows the Platt family as a mysterious cosmic event rips Oak Street out of suburbia and transports their neighborhood to an unknown place. The Platt family soon discovers that their very survival depends on sticking together as they navigate their now-unrecognizable surroundings. While the scale of the film is driven by dinosaurs and spectacle, producer J.J. Abrams aptly describes The End of Oak Street as " a people movie with monsters, " emphasizing that at its heart, the story is about family, resilience, and the bonds that hold them together in the face of the unimaginable. For writer-director David Robert Mitchell, the idea for the film stemmed from a simple yet striking image. "I'd always wanted to make a dinosaur film. A few years ago, I was walking through our neighborhood. I was passing by this house and this garage, and it was just an interesting little alleyway and some garbage cans, and I was struck by this image of a dinosaur there. I thought, oh, I want to write a film that feels the way that this feels to me in this moment." Starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor, THE END OF OAK STREET also stars Maisy Stella and Christian Convery. The film is written and directed by David Robert Mitchell and produced by J.J. Abrams, Hannah Minghella, Jon Cohen, David Robert Mitchell, Matt Jackson and Tommy Harper. The executive producers are Chris Bender, Jake Weiner, Joanne Lee and Leeann Stonebreaker. Mitchell's team behind the camera includes director of photography Michael Gioulakis, production designer Maya Shimoguchi, editor John Axelrad, composer Michael Giacchino and costume designer Erin Benach.
