The much-awaited show will premiere on August 13, 2026 on the streaming platform. Taking away all our Monday blues, Prime Video confirmed that the new season will be available for streaming from next month. "The first season of The Traitors ignited a nationwide obsession. It proved that Indian audiences are hungry for reality content that challenges their intellect, keeps them on the edge of their seats, and refuses to play by the old rulebook. We're thrilled to bring audiences a second season that's bigger, bolder, and more dramatic while staying true to the raw, unpredictable, and psychologically gripping essence that made the show a phenomenon. Having redefined the reality genre in India, the upcoming season is set to raise the bar yet again," the Dharmatic Entertainment team said in a statement released by Prime Video's team and quoted as saying by PTI. The new episodes will drop online every Thursday at 8pm, promising blockbuster entertainment for the audience. The likes of Apoorva Mukhija, Harsh Gujaral, Urfi Javed, Sudhanshu Pandey, Anshula Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor, Sufi Motiwala, Sahil Salathia, Raj Kundra, Lakshmi Manchu, Karan Kundrra, Jasmin Bhasin, Jannat Zubair, Purav Jha and Elnaaz Norouzi participated in The Traitors season 1.
