Lukewarm opening for new releases

The first week of February witnessed the release of multiple films – Yeh Saali Zindagi, Utt Pataang, United Six and Hum Dono Rangeen, the evergreen classic. However, the opening of all four films was lukewarm, with the morning and noon shows registering 10% to 15% business [at places even lower].

Among the lot, Yeh Saali Zindagi has some chance of scoring over the weekend, since the occupancy increased marginally in the noon shows and may improve in the evening/night shows. Saturday and Sunday, of course, holds the key.
