Ajay
Devgn
and
Abhishek
Bachchan
starrer
movie
Bol
Bachchan,
which
is
one
of
the
most-anticipated
comedy
films
of
2012,
has
opened
to
good
response
at
the
Box
Office
in
North
India.
But
the
collection
of
Rohit
Shetty
directed
film
has
been
affected
by
director
SS
Rajamouli's
Telugu
film
Eega
in
South
India
and
Punjabi
film
Jatt
and
Julie
(JAJ)
in
North
India.
The
much-awaited
Bol
Bachchan
registered
60%
to
70%
occupancy
in
the
morning
shows
in
both
single
screens
and
multiplexes
across
India.
It
received
very
good
response
in
Mumbai
circuits
with
its
occupancy
ranging
between
70%
and
85%.
Its
business
showed
a
major
increase
in
afternoon
shows.
But
the
movie
was
expected
to
get
even
better
opening
across
the
country.
It
is
facing
a
set
back
at
the
Box
Office
due
to
the
release
of
two
big
regional
films
like
Eega
and
Jatt
and
Julie.
As
per
the
early
trends,
the
slapstick
comedy
is
expected
to
collect
Rs
8
crores
to
Rs
10
crores
on
the
first
day
of
its
release.
However,
Rajamouli's
Eega
is
much-hyped
and
most-awaited
movie
in
South
India.
The
special
effects
had
created
lot
of
curiosity
among
movie
buffs.
The
movie
has
received
overwhelming
response
at
the
Box
Office
in
Andhra
Pradesh,
Tamil
Nadu,
Karnataka
and
Kerala,
where
almost
every
theatre
is
running
houseful.
The
Eega
fever
has
surely
made
the
film-goers
skip
Bol
Bachchan.
