Ferrari Ki Sawaari beats Shanghai record at Box Office

Sharman Joshi and Boman Irani starrer Ferrari Ki Sawaari has done an amazing progress at the Box Office. The movie has collected approximately Rs 20 crores nett at the collection centres in India in the first week. With this, it has beaten the first week collection record of Emraan Hashmi and Abhay Deol starrer Shanghai, which had collected Rs 17.5 crores nett in the seven days.

Ferrari Ki Sawaari opened to a very dull response, but it showed a magnificent improvement in the evening show on the first day. The movie collected Rs 3.04 crores at the Box Office. Its collection was less than the first day collection of Shanghai, which had raked in Rs 3.35 crores nett at the Box Office in India.

The business of Ferrari Ki Sawaari improved almost by 50% on the second day with its collection reaching Rs 4.50 crores nett on Saturday. It improved further by nearly another 50% on Sunday by adding Rs 6.37 crores nett to its first weekend collection Rs 13.91 crores nett. The movie broke the first three days' collection record of Shanghai, which had grossed Rs 12 crores nett in the first weekend.

The collection of Ferrari Ki Sawaari went down on weekdays. The film added another Rs 5.94 crores nett to its first week total Rs 19.85 crores nett. The break up of its weekdays collection is Rs 1.75 cr on Mon, Rs 1.60 cr on Tue, Rs 1.30 cr on Wed and Rs 1.29 cr on Thu.

Whereas, the business of Shanghai was also low on the weekdays. The movie has collected Rs 5.5 crores nett, which is lower that the weekdays collection of Ferrari Ki Sawaari. However, the business of Shanghai went down in the second week. The film has collected Rs 21.35 crores nett at Box Office in 14 days.
