Jab Tak Hai Jaan beats Son Of Sardar at Box Office on first day!

Shahrukh Khan's much-awaited movie Jab Tak Hai Jaan has emerged as the clear winner at the Box Office collections, by beating Son Of Sardar on the opening day. As per the early trends, the SRK-Katrina starrer JTHJ, that was released in 2,500 screens has raked in approximately Rs 15.23 cr. While, Ajay Devgn's SOS, that got released in 2,000 screens, has fetched around Rs 10.72 cr.

The extreme hype and controversies surrounding these two films had created a lot of stir amongst the viewers. The theatres and multiplexes across the country screening JTHJ and SOS were overflowing with movie buffs within and outside in the morning shows.

According to reports, Jab Tak Hai Jaan had a bumper opening in Mysore, West Bengal and Noida. The movie also opened to a fabulous response overseas. On the other hand, Son Of Sardar performed well in East Punjab, Delhi, UP and other North India circuits.

On the whole, JTHJ is leading this Diwali, beating SOS!!!!!
