Ranbir's Barfi collects Rs 105.65 cr at Box Office in 3 weeks

Ranbir Kapoor's latest movie Barfi has remained unaffected by two big releases like OMG Oh My God and Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal at the Indian Box Office in the third week. Its continued successful run has left the movie Heroine far behind. The Anurag Basu directed movie has collected Rs 105.65 crores nett at the domestic collection centres in just 21 days.

The collection of Barfi was expected to go down in the third week due to the release of OMG Oh My God and Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal. But it continued to keep the bells ringing at the Box Office with its collection on third Friday reaching Rs 1.75 cr. Its business showed 100% growth on Saturday and another 10% on Sunday.

Barfi once again saw a dip in its business on Monday, but its third Monday collection showed 30% improvement when compared to its third Friday business. Due to Gandhi Jayanti holiday, its collection went up again on Tuesday and its collection was far better than its third Sunday business. The movie witnessed a steep fall on Wednesday and Thursday.

However, Barfi had collected Rs 58.6 crores at the domestic Box Office in the first week. Ranbir-Priyanka-Ileana starrer showed 40% fall in business with its collection reaching Rs 28.55 crores in the second week. It has witnessed drop by another 40% in the third week and collected Rs 18.5 crores. Its third week breakup is Rs 1.75 cr on Fri, Rs 3.5 cr on Sat, Rs 3.9 cr on Sun, Rs 2.5 cr on Mon, Rs 4.25 cr on Tue, Rs 1.5 cr on Wed and Rs 1.1 cr on Thu.
