Krrish 3 Has Second Highest Collection At Overseas Box Office

Hindi superhero movie Krrish 3 starring Hrithik Roshan, Kangna Ranaut and Priyanka Chopra, has got brilliant opening in the international market. The Rakesh Roshan-directed flick has done superb business at the overseas Box Office and beaten the first weekend collection record of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. It has become the second highest grosser in the foreign market after Chennai Express.

Agneepath was the biggest opener for Hrithik Roshan in the international arena. Released in 300+ screens in key foreign markets like UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, the Karan Malhotra-directed film had collected Rs 10.46 crores nett at the Overseas Box Office in its opening weekend. Whereas Krrish 3 has smashed all its records in terms of screen count and collection.

Krrish 3 hit 600+ screens in the foreign countries like UAE, UK, USA, Australia, Pakistan, Singapore, Netherlands, New Zealand, Mauritius, South Africa, Belgium and Fiji. The movie has collected approximately Rs 24.86 crores nett ($4 million) at the overseas Box Office in the first weekend.

While Chennai Express topped the chart with Rs 50.47 crores ($8.25 million) from 700 screens, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani was in the second place with its first weekend business Rs 22.10 crores nett ($3.9 million). Pushing down the Ranbir Kapoor starrer to the third place, Krrish 3 has become the second highest grosser at the International Box Office in the first weekend.

Krrish 3 has collected Rs 6.84 crores ($1,100,000) from 208 screens at the USA Box Office in the first weekend. It has beaten the record of Agneepath, which had raked Rs 6.02 crores ($12,13,096) from 132 screens. But considering its screen count, its business is quite lower than Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, which had grossed Rs 8.89 crores ($15,68,677) from 162 screens.

Krrish 3 Collection In UAE

Krrish 3 has collected Rs 7.95 crores (AED 4,700,000) at the UAE Box Office in its opening weekend and smashed the record of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, which has collected Rs 5.86 crores (AED 38,00,000).

Krrish 3 Collection In UK

Krrish 3 has collected Rs 4.05 crores (£408,627) from 95 screens at the UK Box Office in its opening weekend and beaten the records of Agneepath [Rs 2.70 crores (£3,46,460) from 52 screens] and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani [Rs 3.49 crores (£4,05,784) from 88 screens].

Krrish 3 Collection In Australia

Krrish 3 has collected Rs 1.23 crores (A$207,602) from 34 screens at the Australia Box Office in its opening weekend. But despite having double screen count, the movie has failed to beat the records of Agneepath [Rs 1.46 crores (A$2,79,001) from 14 screens] and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani [Rs 1.46 crores (A$2,67,920) from 17 screens].

Krrish 3 Collection In New Zealand

Krrish 3 has collected Rs 31.10 lakhs (NZ$60,542) from 10 screens at the New Zealand Box Office in the first weekend. The film has beaten the record of Agneepath, which had raked Rs 17.86 (NZ$43,914) from 8 screens, but failed to beat Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, which had grossed Rs 36.33 lakhs (NZ$80,648) from 10 screens.

Krrish 3 has collected Rs 9.51 lakhs (FJD 28,056) from 2 screens at the Fiji Box Office in the first weekend. The film has beaten the record of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, which had raked Rs 8.87 (FJD 28,895) from 2 screens, but failed to beat Agneepath, which had grossed Rs 11.03 lakhs (FJD 39,206) from 2 screens.

Krrish 3 Collection In Pakistan

Krrish 3 has collected Rs 2.7 crores at the Pakistan Box Office in the first weekend. The movie has failed to beat the record of Chennai Express, which had collected Rs 1.84 crores ($3,00,000) in its opening weekend.

Krrish 3 Collection In Singapore

Krrish 3 has collected Rs 61.74 lakhs ($124,320) at the Singapore Box Office in the first weekend and its business is two times lower than that of Chennai Express, which had collected Rs 2.20 crores ($3,60,000) in its opening weekend.

Krrish 3 Collection In Netherlands

The Hrithik Roshan starrer has collected Rs 37.04 lakhs (EUR 1,815,000) at the Netherlands Box Office in the first weekend. It has become the biggest opener (Hindi films).
