Salman's Dabangg 2 third week collection at Box Office

Bollywood movie Dabangg 2, which is a sequel to Blockbuster movie Dabangg, has once again rocked its way into the Indian Box Office. In the third week, the Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha starrer has topped the collection chart in the country again beating new releases like Table No 21, Dehraadun Diary and Rajdhani Express. The romantic action entertainer has become a Blockbuster success.

Dabangg 2 had opened to an earth-shattering response and collected Rs 106.78 crores at the domestic Box Office in the first week. In the second week, the romantic action flick added Rs 37 crores to its 14-day total Rs 144 crores. Trade expert had predicted that new releases Table No 21, Dehraadun Diary and Rajdhani Express would halt its rock run at the desi collection centres in third week.

But undeterred by new releases, Dabangg 2 continued to rock the film goers in the third week too. The Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha starrer showed a drop of 65% in the third week when compared to its second week collection. The Arbaaz Khan's debut directorial venture has collected Rs 8 crores at the domestic Box Office in the third weekend and Rs 3 crores on the weekdays. In the third week, it has added Rs 11 crores to its 21-day total Rs 155 crores nett.

However, trade experts predict that Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola, Gangoobai and Pyaar Mein Aisa Hota Hai, which have hit the screens worldwide today, will slow down the pace of the collection of Dabangg 2.
