Singh Saab The Great (7 Days) First Week Collection At Box Office

Anil Sharma's latest directorial venture Singh Saab The Great (SSTG) has concluded the first week with a decent collection at the Indian Box Office. Its seven-day business is far better than that of its counterpart Gori Tere Pyaar Mein. But the action drama film has failed to make it to the top. The Sunny Deol and Amrita Rao starrer has graced the second place, while old release Ram Leela topped the domestic chart.

Singh Saab The Great, which released in 1,970 screens in the domestic market, debuted with decent occupancy, but the movie did not witness a big leap over the weekend and on weekdays. The movie collected approximately Rs 26.25 crores nett at the Indian Box Office in the first week. Its breakup is Rs 6 cr on Fri, Rs 5.5 cr on Sat, Rs 7 cr on Sun, Rs 2.50 cr on Mon, Rs 2 cr on Tue, Rs 1.75 cr on Wed and Rs 1.50 cr on Thu.

Made on a budget of Rs 16.25 crores, Singh Saab The Great has recovered its production cost from its theatrical run for the first three days and is running with a good amount of profit. But considering its screen count, Bollywood trade experts feel that its seven-day collection is not upto the expected mark.
