Daawat-E-Ishq (Friday) First Day Collection At Box Office

Daawat-E-Ishq starring Parineeti Chopra and Aditya Roy Kapur has obtained mixed reviews from critics but at the Indian Box Office it has done decent business.

The movie did not have a good start, in Bangalore it had 10-15% occupancy in the morning shows but as the day proceed the occupancy increased but it was not in the range of 80-100%, Most of the theatres in mall had low occupancy, the reason for this may be because it was a working weekend.

So based on the reviews, people may rush to theatres to watch the movie, the weekend collections may be more than the opening day collection. But according to early estimates, the film has collected approximately 4.5 crores at the Indian Box Office.

The lead actors of the movie are not that big stars who can pull huge crowd into the theatre but based on word of mouth promotions the movie may do well. So it all depend on the viewers of the Friday show, if the movie will get good publicity or not.

The single screens showed a poor performance. So hopefully this film does well over the weekend.
