Hasee Toh Phasee (10 Days) 2nd Weekend Collection At Box Office

Hasee Toh Phasee (HTP), which released in theatres across India on February 7, has continued to keep the bells ringing at the Indian Box Office in the second week. Despite facing tough competition from new release Gunday, the Sidharth Malhotra, Parineeti Chopra and Adah Sharma starrer has done good collection in the domestic market in the second weekend and landed in the second place in the business chart.

Directed by Vinil Mathew, Hasee Toh Phasee debuted with a superb response and showed decent growth over the weekend. The movie also did good business in the domestic market on the weekdays. The film collected Rs 28.3 crores nett at the Indian Box Office in the first week. Its breakup was Rs 4.65 cr on Fri, Rs 6.35 cr on Sat, Rs 7.40 cr on Sun, Rs 2.90 cr on Mon, Rs 2.60 cr on Tue, Rs 2.30 cr on Wed, Rs 2.10 cr on Thu.

Gunday, which released on February 14, is one of the most-awaited movies of 2014 and its promos had made the viewers wait for its release with a bated breathe. Tread experts had predicted that it would completely halt the collection of Hasee Toh Phasee. But the latter managed to drive the audience to theatres on its second Friday and showed good jump over the weekend.

Hasee Toh Phasee has collected Rs 5.11 crores nett at the Indian Box Office in the second weekend, taking its 10-day domestic collection to Rs 33 crores+ nett. The breakup for its second weekend is Rs 1.45 cr on Fri, Rs 1.60 cr on Sat, Rs 2.06 cr on Sun.
