The recently released erotic thriller Hate Story 2 starring Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali has kept a steady pace at the Indian Box Office.
Hate Story 2 directed by Vishal Pandya opened up with a decent Box Office collection of Rs 5.46 crore on the first day and remained steady with a business of Rs 4.74 crores on Saturday and Rs 5.65 crores on Sunday.
Hate Story 2 made a commendable net business of Rs 15.85 crores in the domestic market in the first three days, taking its opening day and first weekend collection.
However, Box Office collection of Hate Story 2 witnessed a downfall on Monday and Tuesday scoring Rs 2.68 crores and Rs 2.57 crores respectively.
Thus, Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali's debut Bollywood flick Hate Story 2 managed to rope in Rs 21.10 crores nett in its first 5 days.
Released in 600 screens across India, Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali's Hate Story 2 took everyone by surprise with its fantastic start at the Box Office. In fact, with the positive Box Office collection pouring down, distributors of the film have increased the number of screens from 600 to 1200 across India.
Release of Hate Story 2 was accompanied by release of two other films Pizza 3D and Amit Sahni Ki List on the same day; however, Hate Story 2 remained more or less unaffected by the other two releases and is expected to keep up the good Box Office business.
The film Hate Story 2 features Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali as two love birds while, Sushant Singh dons the role of a perfect antagonist.
