PK Second Weekend (10 Days) Collection At Box Office: Rs 236 Crores

Aamir Khan's PK is the fastest 200 crore grosser movie. The film is doing exceptionally well at the Box Office and is minting money for the producers of the film.

When it had a below average opening for a 'Khan' film, PK was expected to be a flop but thanks to good reviews and word of mouth promotions, the film is still minting money at the Box Office.

The Box Office collections PK made over these 10 days are, on opening day, Friday: Rs 26.63 crores, Day 2 (Saturday): Rs 30.34 crores, Day 3 (Sunday): Rs 38.44 crores, Day 4 (Monday): Rs 21.22 crores, Day 5 (Tuesday): Rs 19.36 crores, Day 6 (Wednesday): Rs 19.55 crores, Day 7 (Thursday): Rs 27.55 crores, Day 8 (Friday): Rs 14.48 crores, Day 9 (Saturday): Rs 17.16 crores.

Sunday being a weekend holiday, saw an increase in collections and the film ended up grossing over Rs 21.85 crores approximately at the Box Office. With the completion of 10 days collections, PK is all set to beat the lifetime collections of Salman Khan's Ek Tha Tiger, Aamir's 3 Idiots and Shahrukh's Happy New Year.

Joining the 10th day collections, the total Box Office collections of PK now stands at Rs 236.58 crores approximately. The overseas collections have also been good, the film has managed to gross over Rs 100 odd crores in the international markets, making the film's worldwide collections cross 300 crores withing 10 days of it's release.

With the New Year eve coming close, the film has more opportunity to gross money. It being an international celebration day, many people will not be attending work, and would head to theatres for some entertainment.

As of now Rajkumar Hirani, Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma, Vidhu Vinod Chopra are all celebrating this huge success of PK film. Let us see how much more moolah the film will mint.
