ABCD 2 (3 Days) First Weekend Collection At Box Office: Highest Opening Weekend Of 2015
ABCD 2 starring Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor continues to mint money at the Indian Box Office. Not only the domestic market, even overseas ABCD 2 is making good collection.
The film managed to beat biggies like Gabbar Is Back, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Dil Dhadakne Do, Baby, Piku, Tevar and several more when it came to the opening day collection as well as the 3 days, first weekend collection at the Box Office.
On day one it collected over Rs 14.30 crores and on second day, Saturday the film collected Rs 14.51 crores, bringing the two days total to Rs 28.81 crores in India.
On Sunday, the film grossed the highest, Rs 17.51 crores bringing the total first weekend collections to Rs 46.35 crores. Taran tweeted, "#ABCD2 continues the upward trend on Day 3. Fri 14.30 cr, Sat 14.54 cr, Sun 17.51 cr. Total: ₹ 46.35 cr. India biz. FABULOUS!"
ABCD 2 not just became the highest opener of 2015 but now it even recorded the highest opening weekend of 2015 as well. He further tweeted, "#ABCD2 records the HIGHEST OPENING WEEKEND of 2015 [so far]. First *Hindi film* to cross ₹ 45 cr mark [Fri-Sun] in 2015. India biz."
