Hate Story 3 which starred Zareen Khan, Sharman Joshi, Karan Singh Grover and Daisy Shah surprised everyone with its amazing box office collection on its opening day. The movie performed extremely well at the box office and is declared a super hit.
Hate Story 3 is the third installment in the Hate Story franchise and in spite of no hype and big stars, the film has earned a great amount of money. The movie collected Rs 9.72 Crores on its first day, on Saturday it earned Rs 8.05 Crores and Sunday it raked in Rs 9.05 Crores, which makes a total of Rs 26.82 Crores.
Talking about the box office collections of Hate Story 3, Famous trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote on microblogging site Twitter, "#HateStory3 puts up a SOLID weekend total. Fri 9.72 cr, Sat 8.05 cr, Sun 9.05 cr. Total: ₹ 26.82 cr. India biz."
He added, ''#HateStory3 has cost ₹ 6.5 cr make. Plus, ₹ 6.7 cr for print + advertising. Total cost: ₹ 13.2 cr... SUPER HIT in terms of economics.Despite an ordinary star cast, #HateStory3 takes a FANTASTIC start. Fri ₹ 9.72 cr. Should recover costs in opening weekend itself!''
The film received mainly negative reviews from the critics. But due to his bold scenes, the movie was expected to create some noise at the Box office. The previous films of this series too have made decent collections at the Indian box office. Hate Story 3 is the most successful one out of the three because of its star cast and good storyline. The music of Hate Story 3 too played a significant role in making the movie hit.
When the first trailer of the movie was released, many eyebrows were raised due to its steamy scenes. This also raised a curiosity level in the audiences. That is the reason why the censor board gave it an 'A' certificate and made few changes.

Hate Story 3 is the story of Aditya Diwan (Sharman Joshi), who is playing a Mumbai-based millionaire, in the movie. Zareen Khan is playing the role of his wife in Hate Story 3.
Economically A Hit
Hate Story 3 was made with the budget of only Rs 6.05 Crores and Rs 6.07 Crores were spent on its publicity. In terms of money, the movie is a superhit as it has already collected around 26.82 Crores at the Indian box office.
Hate Story 3 is Karan Singh Grover's second film after ‘Alone' in which he starred opposite Bipasha Basu. In this movie, he is playing the role of a Business tycoon Saurabh Singhania.
Daisy's Second Film After Jai Ho
Daisy Shah, who was last seen in Salman Khan's Jai Ho, has played the role of Aditya Diwan's secretary in Hate Story 3. She has given many bold and steamy scenes in the movie.
Negative Reviews From Critics
Hate Story 3 has received mostly negative reviews. But the trailer of the movie had already created a hype due to its bold content. And despite the negative reviews, the movie has performed very well at the Indian box office.
KSG Earns Appreciations
Surprisingly, Karan Singh Grover received many appreciations for his performance than any other actor in the movie. The handsome hunk has a great fan following and girls went crazy after seeing him in Hate Story 3.
Even the music of the film is superhit and is topping all the charts. The remix of ‘Tumhe apna banane ki kasam khayi hai' is the most loved song of Hate Story 3.
Due to the movie's bold content, the censor board has given Hate Story 3 an 'A' certificate and they also edited few bold words from the movie.
After Hate Story 3, we are left with two big movies for this year - Shahrukh Khan, Kajol starrer Dilwale and Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra starrer ‘Bajirao Mastani'.
